In the initial application, M3 was supposed to have only a 6 storey podium while M4 had 8. But it looks like M3’s podium will have at least 7 storeys.

It's getting quite big, but I'm more excited for the intersection here. I've always disliked Burnamthorpe as a road due to its size and unfriendliness to pedestrian traffic. Anyways, this is from today

Really curious how this stretch of Burnhamthorpe will feel on foot after M City is completed, with such density on one side of the road, and then people's backyards and fences on the other side...
