I also hope that they consider putting more retail in along Landsdowne as it is developing into an interesting strip going north from Bloor. Solkatt, Belem and Nofa I am looking at you!

It would connect to the orphaned retail at Wallace!

Green screening is what I'd imagine they'd have to do as Atlantic Avenue Barclay Center is too far of a reach. Paton and Wade reminds me a lot more of a raw, late 1990s Bushwick.
