Wasn't impressed with this when construction was underway. Especially since I only saw it via photos here. Walked by yesterday and actually didn't mind it. I like that they narrowed the sidewalk on Bloor with the retail facing right on to the street. Urbanized this section of the street wonderfully. This is what needs to be done with the Bay store on the other side of Yonge.

That can't be Parking? Easy to go in, a bit of a challenge to get out, considering the sight lines to the street. There is some sort of optical illusion from this vantage point.

That is most certainly an optical illusion.

This is what that ramp looked like on Streetview as at October of 2020.

I don't believe the grade has been materially altered.
 
Last fall, seemingly random patches of sod were laid, but it turns out the rest of the roof is being covered with concrete tiles. As for those large containers, no idea with they are. Planters maybe?
