I agree, residential floors are usually at least 2.7-3.0 metres tall. I was just trying to help AG's confusion

The towers have 3 different types of curtain wall.

Great pics RAC III! That area is really getting nice and dense. If I was the Gardiner, I'd be a little concerned about my future, it really looks out of place there.

looks like the detail with the balconies has been dropped officially.... which is what i suspected... there were a few renders floating around with the balconies all lining up in a straight line, and all the ones from the ads showed the balconies going up the tower to form a diagonal line, which i think would have added some definite interest to the towers.. oh well... still a nice building.

Holy crap is this one ever moving fast now... seriously... I thought I was dreaming when I looked at these pics.... AHHHH.

What a huge complex.

In this photo, Telus and MLS look like one huge building, or at least sharing the podium. Great progress! Can't wait. It is really surpirising how fast some of the city's developments are rising in this weather.

Is it just me or do the towers look uneven? Its seems to me like first floor of the south tower (the one closer to the gardiner) is at the same height as the third floor of the north tower (the one closer to telus). Could it be the camera angle? Or do they usually build towers side by side this way.

The towers have 3 different types of curtain wall.

There's more than that. There's clear glass/grey spandrel, clear glass/fritted spandrel, clear glass/white spandrel, and then the hotel frames with the black panels. Then there's also a feature on the south side that has a notch in the wall with tinted glass/black spandrel (the first and third pictures show it). And that's not even counting the condo component.

Oh, and work will be starting soon on the diagonal feature on the podium. It's on the southeast corner of the building, and you can even see in the shape of the concrete where it's going to be. It'll look cool, but I'm not sure how noticeable it'll be from anywhere other than the Gardiner

I think one tower is at the moment taller than the other. Not by much, but I'd say about 2 stories.

^I think Croman is actually referencing the first floors above the podium on each of the towers... it does appear to the naked eye that one tower's first floor starts at a higher point than the second tower's first floor does...

I feel like I'm riding ProjectEnd's coattails. Have a few more than just one (which is no surprise because I love taking pictures of MLS)...
