After seeing those curves, this one is really starting to grow on me.
Not that I ever thought it was bad, just nothing special (the tower portion).

Yet another, a bit closer this time around. Looks like they are working on 5/6th floor of residences above the podium residences.

I would say this tower is so perfect in context with its neighbourhood that I might say it has the nicest podium to go up in recent memory.
 
That's the great thing about the St. Lawrence Market nabe, they really get things right down there thanks to an active, engaged community and a great City Councillor who supports and works with the neighbourhood associations.
