At the time of this report, the developer is finished with the major concrete works, including the roof slab. Additional major construction activities and associated timelines for the development are as follows:  Tower Crane removal in April 2021;  Streetscaping of Victoria Street and Shuter Street from April 2021 to August 2021; and  Interior work and finishing until December, 2021.

I would more surprised if an attempt to soda blast the building was not made. It makes sense that they would wait until the building was finished to do that though given that it will still get dirty.

I had presumed it was usually one of the last steps in the process.
 
Wait. Has Massey Hall been re-christened the Allied Music Centre? Is nothing sacred?

Does that mean they've got the cash now to open up the bricked-up windows, restore the pediment properly and give the brick a good cleaning?

No, not Massey Hall per se - the new complex. Anyways, I am not hung up over it - hardly anyone in non-official setting will ever call this "Allied Music Centre".
