When will we know? Does the OMB often approve buildings at over twice the height allowed by guidelines (10-17 stories)?
 
We won't know when for a while now, I imagine. The hearing itself isn't until September.

I can't imagine it would be the first time they've approved that much density.
 
City Council just voted to continue opposing this project at the OMB (I assume based on latest changes—I missed the details).

At least , There is a style with the balconies that make it not boring.
I hope it will not turn into something too boring.

I mean the game of colors and the style with the balconies.
I said that because architecture is so bad here that see a little creativity here is rare.
It a box ,but with little imagination,but it far to be the greatest building.
Watch by yourself contrary to most box.

It not my favorite,but i prefer it to many that don t have any style at all.
Here in Toronto , we lack a good architectural style.We only build glass tower without style and with balconies. For me it not architecture what architects bring us. It trash !
Even in third world country, they have a better architecture than us.
