are they still using the lot for staging for the Ryerson residence? I noticed it was fenced off a few days ago when I went by, but I figured it was still just related to the Ryerson project.

I think the site office moved inside the partially-completed building. The crane is down, and most materials seem to be loaded direct from the rear with a lift.

Demolition has started. The site is now full of Tribute's 'no trespassing' signs, and the alley on the south is closed off.
