Hopefully one will build a decent sized grocery store down there. All their is really is Nation's and Denningers. When I lived at Bay 200 I used to go up the mountain to get my groceries.Agreed. There are too many surface parking lots. They detract from the vitality of the downtown core. In the future, people either live downtown if they work there or take the LRT and other high-quality transit connections into downtown. Those are key elements to properly revitalize downtown Hamilton and to realize its economic potential.
