Scarborough Community Council will consider a demolition permit for the onsite apartment building next week.
 
I'm not sure if we're looking at the same images but that looks terrible. It's far too busy to be detailed well under a reasonable budget. I have no idea why RAW thinks they can get away with extravagant moves and any number of finishing materials and still manage to pull things together. It rarely if ever works, even for talented architects. It certainly hasn't for them yet.

Have we already forgotten the utter blight that is Block 27?
 
Fussy, cluttered design with lots and lots and lots of back-painted spandrel panels. There's just way too much going on here. Yuck.
