Has the southwest ground floor commercial tenant been identified? The Minto Westside website shows a Market Fresh in the renderings suggesting grocery is an option for what looks like a great big open space.
I'm curious if grocery is still on the table with the flagship Loblaws being built down the road and the proximity of Cityplace Sobeys. A lower price-point grocer would be nice in this area.
take a look at the architectural plans for 351 Queen St. East. A tiny little courtyard with walls on 4 sides for 5 flors and 3 (with the open side being north facing, meaning no sun) for 10 floors.I'd hate to live in those interior facing units.
