Has the southwest ground floor commercial tenant been identified? The Minto Westside website shows a Market Fresh in the renderings suggesting grocery is an option for what looks like a great big open space.

I'm curious if grocery is still on the table with the flagship Loblaws being built down the road and the proximity of Cityplace Sobeys. A lower price-point grocer would be nice in this area.

Curious to know about this as well. Any update on if a grocery store has been selected for the site?

It would have been nice if the corner of the structure on the Bathurst and Front st. frontage could have been carved out deeper and up a few more levels like the opening of the QQE building at Daniels Waterfront.

take a look at the architectural plans for 351 Queen St. East. A tiny little courtyard with walls on 4 sides for 5 flors and 3 (with the open side being north facing, meaning no sun) for 10 floors.

Some of the worst units I've seen.
