I don't recall it having a hotel component.

There was never a Hotel from day one that I know of, but a grocery store was. It was to to Whole Food, but die. The area needs another grocery store and one may show up in the Well. 2 in City Place and one at Queen & Portland now or well be in 2019.

When we went to the sales centre, staff said that there would be a grocery store, but they couldn’t give a name so it sounded more like wishful thinking. There will be the new Loblaws at Bathurst and Lake Shore
