There's a gap of a few inches between the concrete and glass, plenty of room for drainage. Same detail on Spire and many others.

^ never knew the building has setbacks like that. Went to the website and indeed for the south tower there there are penthouses up there. One of the floorplan is called the 'Bulicanti'. Perhaps North tower have something similar.
 
Neither did I. But then again, all of the renders are at a weird angle looking up from the ground. At least that I've seen.
 
What's the white crane on the left for?

That's the south tower's crane, just behind the Coroner's building
 
Oh ya, the WHITE one (D'oh!). I'm pretty sure that's Mt. Sinai Hospital addition

Lots of pics... but I think these glass Clewes towers are the best looking pair of condos built in the condo boom over the past 5 years.
