Museum House, 206 Bloor St. W.: Though not quite complete, this handsome 19-storey tower is a positive, if not exciting, addition to the midtown landscape. A conservative example of late-modernist architecture, it does nothing fancy. Clad in limestone at the ground level, it rises, all steel and glass, to a height that feels appropriate in this context. The entrance is modest; the building makes more of an effort to be a part of the streetscape. That’s a sign of just how much the condo industry has grown and matured. This gesture, though small, recognizes that every urban building, no matter its purpose, is part of a larger conext, namely, the city.

Hume gave this an A.. quite the opposite of what this board seems to think.
