Does anyone have a sense of the cost of the delay caused by NIMBY RA’s and the City that abets them? Financing the land acquisition, hiring lawyers and consultants, and redesigning the project can’t have been cheap. I’m curious because this charade is par for the course in Toronto, and most of the additional cost is probably passed on to purchasers.
 
I love this it’s reminiscent of brutalist style. Which personally I love. But I get it’s not everyone’s taste. It’s a distinct look. Again that’s why I like it. Reminds me of the old Trent university building here in Peterborough. It has a “cozy” feel.
