Interim occupancy was estimated for Mar 2026. Does it look like it will be on time or delayed? Usually 6 months delay on occupancy is quite normal for pre-con.

The Townhouses could have Occupancy by March 2026,.... but that's very doubtful for the Condo!

They're using Flying-Table, at about 2 week per floor,... starting 12th-floor now,...6.5 to get to 18 (13-14 weeks) then add a month for mechanical - so top-out mid December, then add 6 month for interior to follow,... and as you can see from my previous photos today, they're just starting on HVAC & piping on ground and 2nd floor,... so I'd say Mid-June 2026 to Start Occupancy for Condo!
 
How many stories are the townhouses? Why does it feel like they are at the same level as the 5th/6th floor of the condo?

Townhouse are “luxury”,.. so higher ceiling height than condo. Here, 5th floor of condo seems blocked by 4th floor of townhouse

It appears that way! Although the first 2 floors of the condo have higher ceilings too. The site planning drawing shows the townhouses should be at the 4th floor height of the condo.
