...I was speaking of a Twitter alternative since, posters where having some issues with it. Though come to think of it, that likely wasn't a very helpful suggestion in retrospect. Besides, it bumped the page...losing its context in the process. Silly me. /sigh

I don't believe we're seeing the OCAD project here. I don't see any permits for it. Not even applied for..........
But I do see permits pulled for the AGO expansion. So I expect this is that.
