If nobody has posted any by tomorrow afternoon (doubtful), I will make a point of going to get some.

Saying it isn't going to happen when clearly work is proceeding sure comes close

Not saying I agree with the sky is falling assessment, but to be fair, getting a crane doesn't necessarily keep a project from getting suspended (e.g. BA, MaRS 2, etc) - but extraordinary claims of work stoppage requires extraordinary evidence.

Thanks cal, android and waterscapes!

Awesome photos!!!!

You guys just made tomorrow a lot easier for me :D

According to a crane guy, there will be 2 cranes for this site.

There will have to be at least two. The first is at the Southern end of the Podium floors.

To be the center of the tower it would have to be about here...

Awesome pics, those crane guys have nerves of steel just dangling so high up. Over 20 years ago, during my first year carpenter apprenticeship, I worked on the Scotia Plaza tower with my now ex brother-in-law, caulking the window, on a swing stage. I grew a whole new appreciation for those brave workers who build these towers. Trust me, being on a swing stage, being blown back and forward by the wind hundreds of feet above the sidewalk isn't as easy as it looks!

Casa is so ugly :( aA should be banned from designing anything in Toronto after Casa and Market Wharf...

Wait, what? Really? No....what??????
