Getting closer to grade!

What are those two super-reinforced zones? Why so much rebar right there?

It could be a small transfer beam of some sort, just a guess though.

You are correct,they are for transfer beams to take the load of offset pillars above.

Up at Yorkville Condominium site, they will be at grade by month end. When did they start on that one and a lot faster than most??

That large area of rebar was the footing for 2 columns that should be pour any day.

The north-east corner waiting rebar before it can be pour as step up.

The end of June is looking good when the whole ground floor should be pour with work taking place on the 2nd floor
