It's perspective. 204m vs 184m. Casa 2 is 20m shorter. Elevation Casa 2 is 381 feet and Four Seasons is 384 feet which is negligible.

The difference you see is purely perspective.

there are now what appears to be strips of fluorescent lights on behind the glazing of the lower mechanical level.

They are also blowing more top soil into the planting areas in the outdoor amenity level of the podium.
