The concrete slab on the Penthouse balconies has a white cladding on the underside and edges.

Guess it just gives a lighter impression to the balconies. I doubt that will be noticeable from the ground or afar anyways.

The Well has the massing, One Bloor has the curves but none of them have the weird bowelism. Of all places I feel The Well could be the size and space to afford from such a radical design.
