I remember when I first heard about the height of this tower I kept staring at The Bay and CIBC towers and trying to picture something nearly a 3rd taller than them. And now there it is!

They have been replacing broken glazing but there is still more to do and there are also still missing balcony panels as well.

Given that there's still a crane on top (as seen in yesterday's pic by Rascacielo), I'd say no. ;)

Joking aside, the ground level retail is still in a state.
For anyone unsure, that's the arm of the Building Maintenance Unit up top, not a crane.

What's about to say...seems like we're in pretty standard final fix-ups that we see on most towers. Doesn't it usually take quite a while to get specific pieces of balcony glass and cladding for replacements given the majority of the production has been finished?

I would consider this effectively complete, if not 100%. The retail still needs to open and tarion warranty fix orders are likely still being completed, but it is essentially fully occupied and finished.

According to BlogTO, Nordstrom Rack is opening March 22nd.
That's the Vaughan Mills location. The 1BE one is quoted as May 3.

I amazed at how narrow the lobby area is at the elevators. Can't be more that five feet wide. Considering the number of people in this building it seems it would be problematic. Anybody living here have any comments?
