I think this is CORE's best work. The towers are looking really sharp and actually integrate into the retained facades really well, without feeling contrived.
Honestly surprised pleasantly with it and I give it a thumbs up from what I see so far.

Yesterday, around 8:30 pm. As I walked the Leslie trail, these were quite a spectacle to see as they illuminated the trail (very slightly*).
This project acts as a great terminus for this old rail trail.

I almost love it. I'm disappointed that the vertical lines on the ends weren't continued on the side to allow for the balconies. It's an unfortunate compromise and in person, it looks clunky. But overall, it's heading in a great direction.

No. Just a 24-240 & 600 & 1200mm lens and 360 degree views from the common terraces and a lot of free space due to the tracks and Gardiner and historic district. It is slowly closing in on us but it’s so fun watching it change, daily. The tough part is sometimes trying to figure out what crane/tower/thread to post in.
