Organic and interesting form, much like the stalk of a plant. I adore the design's approach towards (enclosed) balconies. Base could use something...

Love it. Also from the Globe article:

Stunning. It's the correct height and has a really interesting design. Makes me think of a plant of some kind that is about to bloom, or perhaps somewhat like a pinecone.

Wow. That is tall AF for 48 stories. Totally support it, it belongs at Yonge and St Clair (a transit hub between a subway and dedicated streetcar FFS!), but you know who's gonna come swinging at it with an axe...

Wow, very nice:cool:...hopefully the Yonge/St.Clair nimbys don't come out with their pitchforks:(

Absolutely needs to be built, Toronto and Yonge/St. Clair neighbourhood deserves this.

It's as if my mind is so used to how a building should look, that it can't compute the structure it's seeing. Looks literally out of this world.

The neighbours are going to freak and not in a good way. Is this Josh Matlow's neck of the woods?

They had a public meeting last night for it according to twitter. Local neighbourhoods obviously concerned about height. This is probably twice as tall as anything at Yonge-st Clair today. It's a big ask, but the developer is giving big in return.
