Looks like most of excavation, other than in one corner where an excavator with an extendable arm sits, is complete. With the very sandy soil on this site, crane should be rising soon, hopefully. The St. Clair and Yonge area has so many vacant stores or barren areas where demolition, construction sites or purposely closed stores, awaiting who knows what or when, are a blight on what should be a vibrant area.
