I'm beginning to see ads for this. Has it gone into sales?

Building looks like a 90's bank tower. It's unique in our skyline but dated.

Is there any on site parkland dedication?

I love this building it looks unique especially being located in the Yonge, St Clair ave area. l wouldn't be surprised if it turns into something more blan than It is now if and when it gets approved.

^anyone not impressed by that project would be out of their minds.

If the local residents force the designers of this beautiful proposal to reduce the height I just might leave the city in disgust.
You're more concerned about a height reduction than watering down the design? To me, the height is the least interesting part of this project.

Yes i'd hate to see this design watered down, but i disagree, the height is what makes this design very interesting...truthfully i would like to see it at 75s/250m:D
can someone photo shop a 24 storey version of this and compare

I wish this tower was somewhere in the downtown, like somewhere near CN tower or Nathan Philip square or somewhere around YC condos.
