Will this development sell? Probably, but not before a price reduction and a cheapening or two. It will take longer to sell, maybe 2-3 years?

since when does fancy high end interior = tacky? Price reduction is the last thing Tridel would need to do to sell its product ... plus Tridel has been pretty consistent in building their projects as planned (without the 'cheapening) ... save and except for my disappointment in JCM
 
All but one of the floor plans on the tridel site are two bedroom and up. Is that truly representative of the unit mix?

I checked with the regional sales manager and there is no launch date at this time. Anyone interested in purchasing Two Old Mill should contact the Old Mill Presentation Centre at 416-645-7022 to be put on a notification list. Emails will go out to all of Tridel's subscribers when more information becomes available.A registration form will go up on Tridel.com and I'll post a notice here as well.
 
One Old Mill Receives Formal Zoning Approval

Zoning Approval Has Been Achieved
"We would like to inform you that we have received Formal Zoning Approval for your community at One Old Mill. With zoning, we can now move forward with the next steps in the permit process moving us one step closer to the start of construction; this process includes obtaining the Building Permit. Until this permit is in place only partial permits can be obtained which include Shoring & Excavation as well as Foundation. Once all permits, as well as financing are in place, we can then formally start the construction process for your community."
