I too don't understand all that spandrel. I love to hate Tridel and continuously complain about the spandrel use, but it's coming to a point where it's getting downright embarrassing for such a reputable company.

Even if they needed to use spandrel, black spandrel panels would have still been miles ahead of what we have now.

Just wondering if anyone knows about the proposed development on the N.E. corner of Riverview Gardens and Bloor St. - there's a string of closed stores along Bloor east of Riverview Gardens.
