For such a high end product in a very desirable area, I am surprised Tridel went with Kirkor. Then again, I guess it doesn't matter - the end product by Tridel almost always turns out the same.

I too don't understand all that spandrel. I love to hate Tridel and continuously complain about the spandrel use, but it's coming to a point where it's getting downright embarrassing for such a reputable company.

Even if they needed to use spandrel, black spandrel panels would have still been miles ahead of what we have now.

You should also change the precast to white, as shown in one of the renderings. What a disappointment.
