Would have looked much better in brilliant white than that generic milquetoast cream. Ugh.
 
Someone infiltrate the condo board and convince them to slap a coat of white latex paint or something on there :p
 
though white precast may have been 'sharper' ... beige precast would make more sense here as it stains and age better ... plus it will be easier for maintenance in the long run .... I'm sure everyone has seen stained unsightly white precast right??
 
No. Beige is a blight from the get go. Let's not encourage anymore of this crap.

Pretty decent development, but damn the white spandrel.

They executed all those spandrels decently--they look like curtains. But the building should have been designed differently so not to have random bands of spandrels.

I really can't understand the careless treatment of patterns in the window design. The inconsistencies are really brutal: vents are misaligned vertically , small windows are surrounded by a field of spandrel and there is very little consistency overall. It's so discouraging because the design as a whole has potential.
