The precast cladding is going up on the podium and there's some glazing started as well

Tower cladding is underway. No photos due to excessive speeding but it is identical to the first tower, which if you ask me, is fine.

The podium has a great sense of rhythm too, which is so important along any pedestrian route.

I can't help but think the architect(s) involved in the tower design channelled some Yamasaki in a sly attempt to vindicate his perceived shortcoming with social housing neighbourhoods.

I had noticed some lights in the north tower over the last few nights and occupancy has begun for the first 15 floors. The address is 170 Sumach Street

Whoever bought here early on is going to do very well. The finishes are quite nice. Nice exterior, nice interior. Well built (given Daniels' track record as of late). Win-Win.
