A little late. It launched a while ago. See a few pages back. The penthouse sold for a good $16mil

My mistake, you are correct! Thank you for clarifying
The VIP launch was in Feb 2024, followed by public launch in March.
Looks like they sold 3 units so far - all 3B + Dens

The Fire Pit location where Empress Walk is today was a big deal when I was in high school a very long time ago.

I never ate at any Fire Pit locations, but the Empress Walk mall itself was a big deal during the latter part of my high school days. Was the place to be to watch movies. That long escalator overlooking the Loblaws store was also sort of neat for back in the day.
