I am hearing this one is launching soon or has just launched with prices starting in the $4m range. Only 28 suites. Trying to attract any empty nesters I guess and people who don't want to deal with the maintenance of a ground related

The VIP launch was in Feb 2024, followed by public launch in March.
Looks like they sold 3 units so far - all 3B + Dens
 
I never ate at any Fire Pit locations, but the Empress Walk mall itself was a big deal during the latter part of my high school days. Was the place to be to watch movies. That long escalator overlooking the Loblaws store was also sort of neat for back in the day. :)
