A worthy view terminus! It's looking so good already. I love having beautiful civic buildings at prominent locations, it really adds to the image of the city.

The facade up close and afar are two different experiences, both amazing though. Quality stuff.

It looks toothpaste green from far, could have been less toothpaste green. I like the building otherwise.

I tend to agree; taken on its own it has much to recommend it; but with a colour palette similarly cool to the buildings around it, it doesn't pop as much as it might.
