yea those on the east side have been there for awhile. Was complete like a year ago.

This is half true.

The bottom portion has been there about a year. The top half was done within the last few weeks.
 
Will there be two? I'm thinking 7 meters wide isn't wide enough for two trains to fit in side by side, but maybe I'm wrong.

A 7m TBM will leave the inner tunnel diameter around 6.2m as the tunnel liners take up 40cm each side. A train is over 3m wide. To have 2 trains side by side will definitely not fit in a 6.2m diameter tunnel if you thought of the height on the edge. Plus having a 10 cm gap between two trains will definitely result in disaster. They need some space for tilting in curves and wear and tear tolerance.
