It's just a mistake. This particular condo agent is using all sorts of old, inaccurate, and outdated promotional material for the project.

It's just a mistake. This particular condo agent is using all sorts of old, inaccurate, and outdated promotional material for the project.

I'd say it's a bait and switch, I'm just finding out for the first time now that the original stepped design has been abandoned for a simple box. why am I not surprised?

The City either has or will be shortly calling for a 30 day review for the EA to extend Kariya Dr to Central Parkway. The road width will be 3 lanes wide with no on street parking for the whole section between Elm and Central Parkway. The current free on street parking drivers will be force to find another free parking area.

The current parking lot for the sales office is close and hording been install in it to allow for the construction of the 2nd tower.

Either the owner of the property next to the sales office has either sold the land to Solmar or lease it to allow for a new parking lot. The lot still needs to be pave and lights install for it.

A section of the 3rd level parking for Tower 1 in place and work taking place on the 2nd level. Excavation taking place for both towers.
