60% is m very low for Mississauga as is.MCC requires 100% for as of right development, which most people do because there isn’t any density restrictions. It’s usually just easier to build the parking than rezone for a lower rate.

There is more up on site for July 6 & 10
They are placing steel mesh and shot create along Elm Dr wall in place of shoring, as well a small section for the east wall for tower 2. Shoring was only used for Tower 1 on Elm Dr.

As for parking levels, Elm Dr is a slopping road going east with tower 1 having more levels by the looks of things compare to 4 that was to be used. The best tower 1 can get is 5 plus haft a 6 without being above current grade as the east end. The person I need to talk to was off site

P5 or what it will be almost complete. At this point until the forming of the next floor, no idea where the ramp will be to get to Elm Dr. I have an idea where it may go, but will wait tell the forming takes place.

Wow that's pretty good. When do you think the T2 excavation will complete?

Also since the road is going downwards toward T3 will they keep it P5 parking for all 3 buildings? Would they need to raise the height of the base of T2,3 so they P5 would fit?
