Maybe I’m in the minority here, but I quite like the clean and simple design of these.

That's Mississauga government for you .
They want density, but they don't want to build a street grid.
They want a LRT but they don't want to reduce parking requirements.
It's just vertical subdivisions.

Maybe I’m in the minority here, but I quite like the clean and simple design of these.

I don't think the clean/simple design language is the big issue here. It stands out from everything else in the area and looks really nice compared to typical blue/green glass. The issue is that we started with a trio of themed towers that slowly degraded into three towers that have similar design elements, but don't really match each other.

As of Feb 24, the building is top off or is it?

By my count as well the elevator floor numbers, the building is 37 story and no different in floor height if the top floor is a mechanical floor.

I can see edge from my bedroom window and I haven’t seen the crane move in over a week. At least before that it was constantly at work.

It has been moving as I seen it do it as they are adding another floor or the Mech floor now.

Have not seen anything saying T1 is to be more than 35 floors, yet it is, but 36 floor is pour with the forming for the 37 on top of it. The 35th floor edge said more floors to come.

The side panels are what I mostly used to see being moved up. This week I saw the crane lifting up some sort of pipes. I’m not sure.

Here's a picture I took at their sales centre about 18 months ago. Not sure how accurate it is, but if it's anything to go by we can expect a few more floors (topping off at 40??)

Thats interesting. I didn't expect streets to be between the towers for some reason. I assumed the three towers would share one long laneway tucked behind Elm street to the three garages.
