I thought this was a total three tower project. There’s four towers going up?
T3 how has a 12s tower attach to it at the south side.

The 12s is a settlement with the owner of the property that show up at a council meeting opposing the Edge towers as it stop him from building anything on his property. The sales office parking lot was the other property. It was to be 16s, but cut to 12s

Excavation most likely get under Q1 in 2022 after shoring is done along Hurontario depending how far the foundation will be from the street edge.

The wood hording on Elm Dr has been replaced by fencing you can look freely through.

If the elevator floor number is correct, work taking place on floor 30 with mid Feb looking at being top off for the tower. The 2nd tower should be fully at grade late Jan based on weather

The west side is seeing step back at 2 different levels while the rest is seeing nothing at all.

Any idea when Interim Occupancy might commence for Tower 1 if top-off is expected Mid-Feb 2021?

I received a "Notice of Unavoidable Delay" from the builder at the start of the pandemic. Not sure what's preventing them from recommitting the occupancy dates - particularly when construction has progressed so far...

Sorry, no idea nor do I follow things like this.

Given the fact that the base area has to be clean up first to allow PPL onto the ground, let alone in the building, you maybe looking at an Sept timeframe for the lower levels. At the same time, protection needs to be in place between tower 1 & 2 that should be at 28/30 floor level by Sept.

The daycare is to be move into the ground floor area in the fall of 2022, but could be early 2023.

By the looks, T1 is top off or being top off.

T2 should be at grade by the end of the month

Looks like I was wrong on my floor counts as they have pour 2 more floors since my posting.

Looking at the tower from a distance on Feb 10, they were pouring concrete at the top and couldn't see any column rebar up. Doesn't mean that there isn't more concrete framing still to take place.

They have left the dirt area between the 2 towers only up to the dumpster so concrete trucks can off load.

The wooden hording is going to block view of the last tower and only can get some shots from the south side only at ground level. Can't get close to the fence area due to the snow piles. Another drome project at this time.

Until the snow is gone on the southside, can't get shots from that area as well parts of the northside.

Tower is not top off as there is another floor to cover floor 35 and the mechanical roof. I can see rebar at walls and columns areas poking up about the current floor and count 35 floors with out the roof for floor. Will be top off my month end.

Until they seal and top off the east side of tower 2 to allow concrete and other trucks to off load, the current area will remain between tower 2 & 3.
