Really like this building. Not sure why.

Me too. The simple design and proportions do it for me. It's a grey building I actually like.

I know it is very unlikely but it would be great if they used the same lighting panels as dsai used on the ryerson imaging centre

Street level coming together. Didn't get a pic of it, but the south facing ground floor is now almost entirely that orangey-red they have been using on the undersides of the balconies. Brings a splash of colour to a dreary part of town.

True although 90% of new construction in Toronto are at par with cityplace. It is pretty much our standard.

It looks really nice at this intersection. I love the red, it really shows how far a little colour can go in lightening an area. Hopefully the retail isn't just another bank/starbucks/subway/cleaners/nail salon!
