Street level coming together. Didn't get a pic of it, but the south facing ground floor is now almost entirely that orangey-red they have been using on the undersides of the balconies. Brings a splash of colour to a dreary part of town.

I like how it meets the street but I can pass on the actual structure. It's pretty non-descript and looks like a CityPlace bygone than anything else.

True although 90% of new construction in Toronto are at par with cityplace. It is pretty much our standard.
 
It looks really nice at this intersection. I love the red, it really shows how far a little colour can go in lightening an area. Hopefully the retail isn't just another bank/starbucks/subway/cleaners/nail salon!
