I'm not in love with this one but I think it turned out pretty good. It's got a bold and classy look to it. I like the dark colour of it too. With all the crap down by the waterfront and the HNR Tower near by, this one is a god send by comparison

I think Dundas and Jarvis is still far better than East York. In 10 years, condos here are probably gonna worth twice as East York.

That's the gamble. Could be worth twice as much or 1/2 as much.
