Indeed. I would not mind walking next to this one as a pedestrian.

Which in fairness, is an indication of how low of a point my expectations for condos in Toronto are set.
 
The restaurant has no doors / entrances in the plans... Surely an oversight. Interesting looking restaurant though - a small ground floor area then 3 floors of stairs up to an even smaller area with a patio on top of the heritage building. Would certainly be a very unique space.

The retail space strikes me as aiming for an "urban grocery" type tenant as well - perhaps a future Loblaws City Market here?
 
I heard that the sales office will be opening here sometime in 2021.

I'm sure we'll get more updates on the project in the coming months
