A development application has been submitted to amend the Zoning By-law to facilitate the reduction in the minimum required office space from the previously proposed 3,220 m² to 1,087 m².

Because of the Office space is being removed on level 2 the units for Paradigm Phase 2 is increased from 364 to bring the 24 additional units to 388 units.

Structural work is ongoing, fairly large underground footprint this process will take a while

August 6th Update. Quite a bit different looking from 2 weeks ago. The floor of the bottom P level is being poured and the above P level is starting to be formed as well. Nice to see some solid progress

September 6th update. Parking level forming continues on slowly but surely

October 4th update. Bottom P level appears to be complete throughout the entire footprint. 3rd parking level slab in the works on the east of the property. The very beginnings of the 2nd parking level on the west side. Big crew working today
