Sadly that is correct.

I like elements of this: I like the fins to match the datums of the buildings (wood or bronze), the park, and the sidewalks, and there is an opportunity to add some color or stone/porcelain to the cladding. I am happy it is not IBI for once. I hope they get away with no parking but I imagine the city is going to have a stroke over the concept.

Is there a public engagement schedule yet?
 
I think this looks quite nice material speculations aside.. it fits in nicely I wouldn’t change a thing accept maybe those blue beamed art piece to be at the other side as well maybe just a few.
 
Is that more Shayne Dark at the base?
It certainly looks like it, but at this point it is most likely a placeholder. Public art is not typically settled on this early in the process.

It's curious that they've outlined a Bike Shop, it'll certainly be a very bicycle focused building!

It looks interesting but am I the only one concerned about access points and traffic? I'm sure this will be great for all the 2 lane roads in the area!
