For those more familiar with the area in its current state, please confirm…

I think I am seeing only one crane here now, (but still three at Voya, and two at Square One District). Right?

42
3 for VOYA, 1 for Avid, 2 for Square One, 3 for the Exchange and 3 for M City.

Square One will loose a crane in the next month for the short tower and Avid lost one in May that I posted about. 185 Enfield lost its crane May 27.

Avia, the 50 storey tower is about to top out.

The last tower could loose its crane next week as the jib crane in place to remove it and see nothing for the 2 towers for Square One District considering the small tower been ready for removal over a month or so.

@Paclo the tower was ready on Friday to come down, but it came down today.. The boom was gone when I shot it and in the process of removing the counter weight. Coming home, only the jib on the roof.

Retail at Avia will include Food Basics, Baskin Robbins, and Pi Co. There is also a fourth retail unit located at 432 Square One Drive.

This is absolutely crazy. I was under the impression no one walked in Mississauga and people only shopped with their cars in football field sized parking lots. There’s absolutely zero street life in MCC.

Wait a second. That extension of square one drive runs right through Zonta meadows tennis courts. Is this actually a thing?
