Alternate cladding treatments would be refreshing but these towers look fine, especially amidst the backdrop of hideous MCC buildings. EI Richmond deserves a Most Improved architect award.

The podiums are good, but the towers lack architectural identity.

Though I'd argue that within a context like Mississauga with its Chicagos, One Park Towers and Absolute Worlds, that kind of restrained neutrality works rather well.

I think for this project they were working on a much higher budget and that's what made the difference. They seem to lack ability when designing for developers like Conservatory Group.
