The answer to your question is in the front page story on Pears from this week, linked here, but in case you don't feel like reading it....yes the 5 townhomes are part of Pears and will front onto Pears Ave. Same project just being marketed separately

work is extremely slow, the building just came above ground level. it should be on the on the 6-8th floor by now.
