Does anyone know when this building will be completed? The original date was July 2013.

They are still saying it will be July.
Although they seem to be progressing nicely and are even working on some Saturdays, I don't see the building being ready before September.

September 2014 sounds more likely. This thing is only 7 floors up for Christ's sake.

For the short tower, spring/summer 2014 for move in since it still got 21 weeks of construction before the real inside work is taking place. Tower 2 will be 2015 or more like 2016.

If it changes from 38 to 48, nice increase and more density for the area.

It will add more ridership for the #26 bus route and help to reduce the out data headways.

I don't think it will take that long. It will top out by July.

For other projects, e.g. Parkside Village, the lower floors were ready for occupancy by the time the tower topped out.
