They have money for new tower crane signs too.

I bet One Bloor is jealous of this construction staging area.

Question which builder would everybody say probably has the deepest pockets/most efficient I noticed pinnacle Concord and menkes don't generally mess around and don't seem to wait on funding much is this a result of being involved with Reitz or good business management Just noticing how well staged this is one young is and their other projects they just seem to have a better grasp on their projects

Pinnacle seems to have their CM down to an exact science. They move notably faster than others in the city.
Yes, they do seem to be moving at record speed - I assume it is good to get to grade before real winter arrives - though I doubt they will achieve that, at least all over the site.

Any buyers here have updates? Did the contracts just transfer to Pinnacle?

If so, does anyone know how or why Pinnacle chose to build a project at prices from 5-6 years ago??

significant discount on land prices, most likely.. DCs would also have already been paid when the permits were issued so that's not Pinnacle's problem, along with most soft consultant costs. If you zero those line items out as "lost" by Greenland in the bankruptcy proceedings from creditors, the entire purchase contract from buyers can go strictly towards construction costs.

Does anyone know the sequence of which building will completed first? There are 3 buildings - City Suites (Floor 2-14), Park & Sky Suites (Floor 2- 49) and Lake Suites (Floor 2-39)?
