Richmond, east of John, south side.
It's got to be one of the largest ones left on the west side of downtown, it runs all the way to Nelson.
I'd like to see something there as well.

This project is aesthetically very conservative and "plain", if you will, but Hariri Pontarini doesn't forget the small details, even here. I actually like how it's shaping up.

Nothing exciting but a quick little update by me today.

For a cookie-cutter condo, that's not too bad cladding. Looks like we might get some great reflections from it.
 
I would argue that is better than 90% of the cladding we see on condos in this city, easily.
 
^^Yes, this one has significantly less spandrel than most. Especially on the east facing side of the building. This one has the potential to be quality infill much like Charlie, understated with good materials. This also bolds well for Pinnacle's One Yonge development. Maybe Pinnacle has finally figured it out after littering the city with a lot of substandard dreck.
