I saw a couple of J D Barnes’ guys poking around the site yesterday before it snowed. It looked to me they were checking bench marks, spot checking elevations at the perimeter.

I thought to myself, excavation in a few months, cranes in July 2018 and out of the ground and concrete floors at grade by June 2019. Then 20 floors by spring 2020 blocking my view, np.
 
each building, according to the site plan approval docs. Or at least phase 1 is being done separately.

I like the tapered form and triangular facets on the taller building. It's going to look very dramatic- especially from the islands.
 
With Phase 1 being built first, and the PATH connection is on Phase 3. Is it fair to say Phase 1 residents will have no access to PATH until much later?
